Ricardo Rum’s Funky Island Design Brings the Bahamas to the Canned Cocktail Aisle

Published

The Bahamas’ most popular liquor joins the canned cocktail conversation with two refreshing flavors: a white rum with limeade and a gold rum with pineapple and coconut. Vault49’s system is replete with sunny starburst details, an eclectic blend of types, and warm, beachy tones that evoke the feeling of a great day basking in the sun.

The design pays homage to different eras of goombay, a percussion-heavy style of dance music popular enough to summer festivals around the Gulf Coast. There’s a whole lot of life to this design, with a textured and vibrant look that seamlessly blends late 20th century island aesthetics with the modern day vibe of the beach.
