Yogo Makes the Dream of Sustainable Yoga a Reality with Modern, Earthy Design

With all the talk of interconnectedness and being one with the universe, you’d think yoga practitioners would be devout environmentalists, right? But of course, a lot of yoga supplies aren’t exactly good for the planet, and things like yoga mats are often made with wasteful materials with no recycling protocol.

The eco-friendly yoga company Yogo aims to change that, and they’re actually the first to commit to using 100% sustainable rubber in their mats. It’s an admirable mission, and it helps that they’ve also got a great look from Max Hofert Design. The branding feels aligned with Yogo’s interest in the earth, using a palette of garden hues that always centers green, flecked with on-trend, abstract blobs and an understated blend of serifs. The closed-off “y” adds a dynamic feel to the logo, and we love the occasional use of a curly, ‘70s-inspired font.
