China’s Day Dreamer Coffee is interested in encouraging a more spiritual approach to the widespread, but not always reverent practice. Their deep respect for nature is not just palpable from their philosophical mission statements, but in their sustainable “deindustrialized” packaging.
Beijing’s ISLELESS studio created an understated but confident look for the system, grounded mostly with earthy colors and a no-fuss sans serif. The shape of the box, the band around it, and text like “DAY DREAMING PLAN” almost make the coffee look like a thick agenda that happens to contain coffee, strengthening the encouragement toward a more devotional approach to everyday life.
