For Earth Day, Liquid Death Introduces ‘Profit-Friendly Plastic Packaging’ Overhaul (OK, Not Really)

To celebrate the 2024 edition of Earth Day, Liquid Death wants you to see what they would look like if they switched from infinitely recyclable aluminum to single-use plastic bottles. And yes, they look as cheap as you’d expect.

On Instagram, the beloved not-Not Beer brand introduced its new “Profit-Freindly plastic packaging. And why? Because they’re terrific at increasing profit margins!

According to the brand, on average, it costs nearly five times more to manufacture an aluminum can, which is pretty much why most brands continue to package water, soda, and whatever else is imbibable in a plastic bottle.
