The PAPACKS® Refill CAP is filled with the product content/cream and inserted into a high-quality cream jar. After use of the product content, the Refill CAP is exchanged so that the high-quality cream jar continues to be used. The Refill CAP is made of 100% compostable and recyclable fibers both the coating for an appropriate barrier of 100% organic composition.
This refill and recycle concept reduces waste by significant amounts and only compostable or reusable materials are put into circulation to the customer.
The Refill CAP is made of fiber castings, which are made from renewable fiber materials and are 100% recyclable and compostable. Together with a sealing paper, the Refill CAP is coated with an Organic Coating (100% plastic-free, compostable, recyclable).
The CAPS can also be used as stand-alone containers for other products in various industries.
The Refill CAPS are made of molded fiber, which is produced from rapidly renewable fiber materials such as industrial hemp or similar cellulose materials and is 100% recyclable, reusable and compostable.
The sustainable advantage of molded fiber is that it can be made from a wide variety of cellulose materials, counteracting the overuse of paper fibers. Thus, the Refill CAP not only solves the current problem of excessive plastic consumption, but also the future problem of disproportionate deforestation for paper and fiber based packaging.
