By submitting any content (“Submission”) to Dieline Media, LLC (“Dieline”), the submitter (“Contributor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions: Grant of Rights: Contributor grants Dieline a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, and syndicate the Submission, in whole or in part, across Dieline’s platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, Dieline’s website (www.thedieline.com), social media channels, print publications, and any future media formats or channels that Dieline may utilize. Dieline reserves the right to republish the Submission in other forms, such as magazines, books, promotional materials, and digital content. Contributor also agrees to allow Dieline to archive the Submission for future reference and use, without further compensation or approval. Attribution: Contributor grants Dieline the right to use their name, brand name, company name, agency name, likeness, biography, and any other identifying information in connection with the Submission for editorial, marketing, and promotional purposes. Contributor agrees that any branding, logos, or trademarks associated with the Submission may be used by Dieline in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Representations and Warranties: Contributor represents and warrants that: They are the sole creator and author of the Submission and/or hold all necessary rights to grant Dieline the licenses provided herein. The Submission is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights. The Submission does not contain any false, misleading, or defamatory statements. Any factual claims made in the Submission are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and are supported by reasonable research. Indemnification: Contributor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Dieline and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the Submission, including but not limited to claims related to copyright infringement, defamation, or breach of any representations made herein. Editorial Control: Dieline reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any Submission for clarity, length, or to align with its editorial standards. Dieline may also choose to illustrate or otherwise enhance the Submission with imagery or other content, at its sole discretion. Transfer of Rights: In the event of a sale, acquisition, or merger, Dieline may transfer the rights granted under this agreement to any third party. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California. By submitting a project or content, the Contributor acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
