The back-to-school season almost always brings pressure and stress on parents as they prepare their kids for a new year. There’s the return to the daily morning routine after a weeks-long break and the financial and time sink of fitting kids with supplies, clothes, haircuts, and other necessary school items.
Beverage brand Capri Sun decided to use this year’s back-to-school season to remind parents that 50 seconds of calm is a pouch away. According to Capri Sun, it takes about 50 seconds to consume one of its beverages, and based on that premise, it has repackaged a pair of servings as “Kid Noise-Cancelling Juice Drink” in a campaign from Mischief.
The duo of Capri Sun pouches are boxed and presented like a personal electronics accessory. The front and back panels are white, and the narrower side panels are black. The front features a photograph of a Capri Sun beverage with gadget-inspired graphics and includes callouts in the top front corner of the box. A hang tab even comes out from the top of the box to complete the tech product packaging look.
